Dr. J. Gordon Davis, CEO, is an Industrial Engineering graduate of the University of Florida and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before initiating his CASCAD-e Consulting practice in 1971, he served for ten years on the Industrial Engineering Faculty at Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to his direct consulting activities, he has conducted over one hundred workshops and seminars in project management. Dr. Davis is one of the co-founders of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and has served as an Arbitrator/Expert Witness in a large number of construction dispute resolution cases.
Joseph E. Hanley, President, has over 40 years of project management and project scheduling experience since his graduation from Ohio University with a degree in Architecture. Mr. Hanley's wide range of experience in coordinating Design and Construction activities on a large number of projects using other project scheduling systems was a valuable factor in the development of CASCAD-e.
Professor R. Glenn Allen, Senior Vice President, served as the program designer and developer for the CASCAD-e Systems software. His expertise and approach to managing projects was a key factor in the development of CASCAD-e. Professor Allen was the Program Director of Mechatronics Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) and specialized in computer graphics and industrial automation systems. He served as a Director of the Georgia BEST Robotics program, helping stimulate middle and high school interest in math, science, and engineering careers.
Michael S. Cenker, Senior Consultant and Operations Manager, is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Over the past 40 years, Mr. Cenker has provided scheduling and project management consulting services on over 400 projects. He worked closely with Professor Allen to develop and improve the value and ease of use for CASCAD-e software. In addition to his on-going consulting, Mr. Cenker currently provides Technical Support and CASCAD-e user training for CASCAD-e license holders.
Robert D. Hendee, Senior Consultant for Mergers and Acquisitions, holds a BA Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Masters' Degree in International Business from Georgia State University. Mr. Hendee leads CASCAD-e Systems' consulting activities in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has over 25 years of corporate experience in M&A and other non-construction projects, both international and domestic. Mr. Hendee has been involved in projects in every region of the United States, every country in Western Europe, much of Latin American, Canada, and Australia.
C. Michael Allen, Scheduling Specialist, graduated from Georgia State University with a BA in Marketing. He currently provides project facilitation and scheduling services on a wide-range of projects. Mr. Allen assisted in the development of the CASCAD-e. software as well as assisting in the development of the Basic CASCAD-e User Guide. Prior to joining CASCAD-e Systems, Mr. Allen served as a project consultant in the utilities and construction field.
